I started my career working directly with a new home builder. That experience gave me an invaluable, deep insight into the home building process, construction timelines, and the immense value of having a knowledgeable agent by your side when you purchase a brand-new construction home. It is why new construction is my specialty, and why I can help you read the fine print before you sign.
